I found the staff very attentive . Karim and fehri at the pool bar were especially helpful. snoussi and feten in the restaurant always greeted guests with a smile. jouz from the animation team even assisted me in finding a new phone charger. i also appreciated the housekeeper for ensuring we had enough water daily.

the room included a comfortable bed and a balcony with furniture. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and good water pressure. i had a good view of the sea from my balcony, though some might find the decor a little dated.

the reception staff provided quick check-in assistance and offered welcome drinks. the restaurant staff ensured tables were decorated with fresh flowers daily. housekeeping replaced amenities, though sometimes they seemed to expect a tip, which i didn't appreciate.

the staff was friendly and helpful at all times i found the rooms to be clean and quiet the wifi worked well throughout the hotel including on the beach i was able to get an iron upon request this made keeping my clothes wrinkle free much easier

the pool was not large enough for the number of guests the hotel could benefit from an additional pool for quieter relaxation

We loved the spacious rooms.. they were clean. the pool area was wonderful with great loungers. the staff were all so friendly. They made our holiday special.

The minibar was empty. I expected it to be stocked in a hotel of this standard. the entertainment was quite loud. i found it difficult to relax completely because of the constant noise.

I adored the different pool areas! the animation team, especially lio, david, and youseff, were amazing!!! they made our holiday so much fun. the staff were very attentive. I always had a table ready at dinner thanks to snoussi.

The orange juice had a weird bleach-like smell to it, not good. soft drink choices were limited, especially diet options, a total bummer. plus, block c had no lift. This was difficult with luggage.

The room was a good size, I found the bathroom to be very nice. It included two separate sinks. The food selection was varied. There were many options at each meal, I always found something good to eat.

The hotel didn't quite feel like a true 5-star experience. The corridors seemed a bit dated, I noticed wear and tear. I wasn't impressed by the limited choice of drinks. The cocktails didn't taste very good.
